OUR STORY

Since 2014 we have been proud to serve residents of the Nipomo area, and travelers to our beautiful community, the freshest and most authentic Thai cuisine available. Thai Villa was conceived, opened and is operated by two friends, with generations of family history in the Thai food industry. We strive to bring you a taste of Thailand with recipes passed down from grandparents, parents, and aunts, as well as our own stylizations of Thai classics and innovation Thai dishes, including unique and changing special creations. All of our food is prepared to order, using fresh and locally sourced ingredients whenever they are available. We do not use MSG or any artificial flavor enhancers. Our ingredients and preparation methods speak for themselves! We welcome any special requests, and can accommodate most dietary restrictions or preferences.

Our ambiance, music, curated beer and wine selections, and our service complement our cuisine to provide you a fine Thai dining experience. We are the only restaurant in the area to serve Thailand’s Singha beer on draft, and have an everchanging “secret” wine selection of rare and hard to find bottles, in addition to our regular list featuring fine wines from local and select out of the area vineyards.
